What we have—and have not—tested
We have not tested the products currently covered ourselves. Recommendations are based on published product information and the comparison method explained here. This limits what we can say about texture, packaging, and personal skin response, and our product guides make that clear.
Real-world reports
We may link to community posts, retailer reviews, or independent reviews to illustrate texture, packaging, and individual routine experiences. We label these as individual experiences, note older formulations when known, and never treat a star rating or personal report as proof of a clinical result.
Commercial independence
Affiliate commission never determines whether we include or recommend a product. Availability can determine whether an offer is shown. If a merchant source fails, we preserve the last known observation and mark it stale rather than silently presenting it as current.
Corrections
Material corrections update the page and its review date. We do not change review dates unless the content has been meaningfully reviewed. We retain older product profiles when they add useful context, but mark them unavailable and remove them from current recommendations.
Which sources we prefer
